Matthias is an organizational consultant, executive coach, and expert in effective leadership and development processes. He supports leaders, teams, and organizations in gaining clarity and maintaining the ability to act in complex environments. His systemic approach, combined with an entrepreneurial mindset, enables him to take a holistic view of organizational development.
Matthias believes that sustainable change emerges where people take responsibility - for themselves, for their relationships, and for the larger whole. In his work, he creates spaces where open, honest, and respectful feedback becomes possible, forming the foundation for growth, collaboration, and meaningful impact.
As Head of Learning and Development at an internationally operating training company, Matthias guided the transformation from a start-up structure to an established provider of transformative leadership and resilience programs.
During this time, he facilitated more than 500 workshops with international mid- and senior-level leaders and coached numerous executives and entrepreneurs. For a training concept he developed for Robert Bosch GmbH, he was awarded the “European Training, Consulting and Coaching Award 2016 – Gold”.
