His 20 years of consulting work is his grounded in his own entrepreneurial experience in founding and managing two internet agencies, as well as in management functions at BNP-Paribas in Paris and at private TV networks of the Kirch-Group. For the past 20 years, he has accompanied management and transformation processes, primarily in the financial, energy and pharmaceutical sectors in Germany and Switzerland.
He combines management experience, organisational theory and psychological knowledge in supporting individuals, teams and organisations to find optimal solutions.
John Kayser is an economist and political scientist and holds degrees from the London School of Economics and the School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University. In addition to several years of training as a systemic organisational consultant, he is a certified philosophical practitioner. His interests include the humanistic European traditions as well as Zen Buddhism. He is the founder and honorary chairman of the Rheinisches FührungsColleg e.V., a one-year scholarship for university students in North Rhine-Westphalia.
